Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog is a live action mini-series musical produced in 2008 and directed by Joss Whedon. In a comic book style, Dr. Horrible (Neil Patrick Harris) is on a quest to become a true villain and join the elite Evil League of Evil. Distracted from his goal by his love interest Penny (Felicia Day), he must find a way to defeat Captain Hammer (Nathan Fillion). Although there have been indications of a sequel, a second Dr. Horrible has not yet been produced.
